In our efforts to comply with new laws and regulations, and to provide more reliable communications with Residents [and Businesses] in the Borough, we chose to implement the Swiftreach Networks, Inc. Swift911™ System as our Emergency Notification service provider.
Swift911™ in its simplest form is a system that makes phone calls to specific people or areas in the event of an emergency or for sharing important information. All the calls you receive will have the Caller ID of 'Indian Lake Borough'.
If you are not receiving these calls, follow the Swift911™ instructions below.
The system was upgraded (v2 to v4) earlier this year. You MAY need to register again as v4 system uses only e-mail addresses for IDs and validates your address against the 9-1-1 Emergency Address Database (capturing GPS coordinates and such). To register, simply follow their prompts and fill out the forms to add or update your contact information. You may also remove yourself from our lists.
