Throughout 2025, Indian Lake Borough Office was hard at work converting to a new billing software.  You will notice that you will receive one bill containing your Borough charges rather than the postcards you have received in the past.

As a reminder, the Borough bill amounts are listed below.

Residential/Commercial Water - $435.00 annually
Water Line Replacement Program - $65.00 annually
Septic Maintenace - $25.00 annually (this is only for those that have on-lot septic)
Residential Sewage - $46.77 monthly (this is only for those that are on the Lakewood Sewage Treatment Plant)
Service Corporation Current Dues - $100.00 annually
Fireworks Income - $10.00 annually

With the implementation of the new billing software, we were able to add a customer portal through AuthorityPay for residents to create a customer account.  The Customer Portal will allow residents to set up autopay, ACH, credit & debit card payments and paperless billing.  There will be instructions with the bill you receive on how to set up your accounts within AuthorityPay.
